PURPOSE:To obtain a desentisized ink with less staining of a base, emulsifying and ink mist and excellent printability by preparing the desensitized ink contg. a copolymer contg. at least specified two monomers as copolymerizing ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer of a monomer of formula I (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 is a 4-30C alkyl group) and a monomer of formula II (wherein R3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R4 is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group; n is an integer of 1-20). A desensitized ink is prepd. by using this copolymer and mixing and dispersing a white pigment in an org. solvent and/or a desensitizing agent. As the practical examples of the monomer of formula I with high hydrophobic property, hexyl methacrylate, dodecyl methacrylate etc., are cited. In addition, as the practical examples of the hydrophilic ingredient monomer of formula II, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, diethylene glycol monomethacrylate etc., are cited. |
