PURPOSE:To enable the rapid and easy sterilization of sporulation bacteria by supplying the high-concn. gaseous ozone generated by using an electrolytic type ozone generator into a gaseous phase or liquid phase. CONSTITUTION:The high-concn. gaseous ozone generated in anode by being electrolyzed in the electrolytic type ozone generator 4 is taken out as the high- concn. gaseous ozone of about 10000 to 100000ppm. This gaseous ozone is supplied into a room or vessel to effect a sterilization treatment in the case of the gaseous phase. The generated gaseous ozone is supplied into water and sterilization can be effected in the liquid phase in the case of the sterilization in the liquid phase. As a result, the rapid perfect sterilization of the sporulation layer is executed by the simple treatment and operation.
