<p>PURPOSE:To provide a structure ensuring smooth valve operation and preventing a foreign material ingress from fluid as an object of control without enlarging the solenoid section of a solenoid control valve. CONSTITUTION:In the housing 110 of a solenoid control valve 100, a shaft 140 with valves 141 and 142 fixed thereon has a through-hole 145 in a lengthwise direction. Space between the surrounding of the shaft 140 and the housing 110 is sealed with bellows diaphragms 151 and 155, thereby preventing a flow in the housing 110 from entering other than a flow passage. One end of the through-hole 145 of the shaft 140 is open to the inside of a solenoid section 120 and sealed, while the other end being open to the inside of a cover member 130 and sealed. According to this construction, a foreign material from fluid as an object of control does not enter the solenoid section 120. Also, a capacity change due to the operation of the solenoid section 120 is offset by air chambers 121 and 131, thereby ensuring extremely smooth valve operation.</p> |
