PURPOSE:To provide a chip aligning jig that is able to align a lot of small-sized thin chips so efficiently without handling them piece by piece by manual operation. CONSTITUTION:A substrate positioning projection is formed in a central plate part 4, making it support a chip 50 sliced in thin-plate form together with a substrate. Each needle positioning part 9 is formed in two projections 5 installed at both sides of this plate part 4 and, using them as the guide plural pieces of needles 8 are accurately insertable into a foot groove beneath the chip. |
