<p>PURPOSE:The title ink, capable of giving a flexible printed circuit board having improved flex resistance and dielectric strength, and comprising (A) an unsaturated polyester resin composition containing an amino resin and an acrylic ester, and (B) specific amounts of an inorganic filler and an antifoaming agent. CONSTITUTION:An ink comprising (A) 100pts.wt. of an unsaturated polyester resin composition, obtained by by incorporating (i) 100pts.wt. of an unsaturated polyester resin, e.g. CPP0600 (trademark, Aikoku Sangyo KK), with (ii) 2- 30pts.wt.of an amino resin, e.g. methylated melamine, and (iii) 5-30pts.wt. of an acrylic ester, e.g. 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, (B) 5-20pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, e.g. talc powder, having a specific gravity <=4.5, and (C) 0.5-2.0pts.wt. of a antifoaming agent, e.g. a silicone. EFFECT:Improved stability of a flexible printed circuit board.</p> |
