CELL AND ITS CULTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a cell culture process capable of recovering cultured cells in the form of tissue in high yield absolutely preventing the contamination with impurities, etc., and the damage of the cell by a simple method comprising the variation of temperature. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a substrate is coated with a polymer having a critical dissolution temperature (T) of 0-80 deg.C in water. Cell is cultured on the obtained cell culture support at a temperature between T-10 deg.C and T+10 deg.C.
