<p>PURPOSE: To provide a lamp assembly of an automobile without generating a noise such as a sound of a wind without giving adverse influence to optical performance. CONSTITUTION: The lamp assembly comprises a front opening 20, an internal reflector body 22, a light source placed at a focus 28, a dished reflector body 18 having an optical axis 30, an intermediate support member 38 for supporting the body 18, and a housing 10. The body 18 is coupled to the housing 10 by a pivot pin 69 disposed on a horizontal axis of the body 18, and coupled to the member 38 through an intermediary of pivot pins 34, 36 which are vertically aligned on a vertical axis. The horizontal and vertical axes are provided near an outer cover 12, and substantially crossed with an optical axis. The body 18 can be tilted in horizontal and vertical directions, and further even when the optical axis 30 is tilted, the axis 30 is always moved to a center of the outer cover.</p> |
