Technique and device for positioning dental endo-osseous implants. The device in question relates to the fitting of implants in a functional anatomical situation, according to preimplantation study or the surgical situation. The technique is based on the use of a pair of compasses which makes it possible to make anatomical measurements on the maxillary arch to be implanted. Pump tubes, positioned at the front implantation hole, make it possible to set the patient in occlusion and to check the correct spatial orientation of the drilling axes. A series of transparencies give reminder of the various clinical situations encountered and the optimal position of the implants in these various cases. The whole is presented in a functional case decorated with an original sign.
