<p>PURPOSE:To provide a detector for detecting a sewing needle and a marking needle left in a sewn product. CONSTITUTION:A magnetized needle 2 having N and S magnetic poles in the direction of the needle length is moved in such a manner as to cross a detection coil and the magnetic flux 2' generated by the moving magnetized needle 2 is detected by the detection coil. The objective sewing needle detector having the above function is provided with a number of detection coils 3 smaller than the sewing needle and arranged on the same plane or nearly the same plane.</p> |
