PURPOSE:To improve both stability in weight and stability in shape of a molding product when a viscoelastic material having a complicated viscoelastic behavior characteristic such as rubber or the like is injection molded. CONSTITUTION:Total displacement Z of a plunger 5 is supposed to be composed by adding displacement Z1 applied to viscoelastic behavior of a molded material to displacement Z2 applied to injection from a nozzle 3. The displacement Z1 applied to viscoelastic compression behavior is obtained by expressing viscoelasticity of the molding material in an injection material 2 by a viscoelastic pattern. Displacement Z2 applied to injection from the nozzle is obtained by subtracting the displacement Z1 applied to viscoelastijc compression behavior from the actual total displacement Z of the plunger. An actual injected flow rate (g) is calculated of the molding material to be injected from the nozzle is calculated by the displacement Z2, and a filling amount of the molding material filled in a metal mold 1 is controlled based on the injected flow rate (g). An aimed injection flow rate pattern is realized by monitoring indirectly the injected flow rate without carrying out real time measurement of the injected flow rate. |
