PURPOSE:To provide the subject packaged beer containing an immobilized yeast although fermentation is substantially completed in the form of a finished good. Change of the flavor after packaging is prevented. CONSTITUTION:In this invented packaged yeast-containing beer, 10<2> to 10<6>cell/ml immobilized yeast is characteristically contained in a beer exhibiting <7% difference between the final apparent fermentation degree and the apparent fermentation degree although fermentation is substantially completed in the form of a finished good. A drinker can be prevented from taking in the existing yeast. |
