FIBER REINFORCED CEMENT MOLDING BODY AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To produce a fiber reinforced cement molding body even by a producing method capable of uniformly dispersing organic fibers such as 'vinylon(R)' as a reinforced fiber into the cement and using relatively low pressure such as casting-vacuum dehydration system. CONSTITUTION:The mixed solution of water and sepiolite is agitated in >=3000r.p.m. revolution of a agitator 1 and cement and the organic fiber are charged into the agitator 1 and are agitated. The agitated molding material 20 is cast into casting molds 3, 4 to be molded in vacuum dehydration and the molded material is hardened in the mold or out of the mold.
