摘要

PURPOSE:To easily and high-precisely assemble a partitioning member which partitions a pressure receiving chamber from a balancing chamber and is formed through combination of a plurality of members. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of members 42, 44, and 46 of which a partition member 40 is composed are respectively formed of thermoplastic resin. The members are integrally fixed together through ultrasonic welding to form a fluid-sealed type mount device.
