PURPOSE:To prevent outflow and scattering and to maintain interlocking effect over a long period of time by fixing concrete blocks for paving with a joint filler based on crushed stone. CONSTITUTION:A joint filler 4 made of crushed optionally mixed with cement and fibers is filled into the gap between concrete blocks 1 for paving. When the concrete blocks 1 have tiles or stones 3 stuck on the tops, silica sand 2 is filled into the gap between the concrete blocks 1 and the joint filler 4 is filled into the gap between the tiles or stones 3.
