PURPOSE:To enable the high-accuracy detection of the movement of a suspension for supporting the swing arm of a motorcycle while being excellent in maintainability and durability. CONSTITUTION:A swing arm 4 for supporting a rear wheel 3 is pivotally supported in the vertically oscillating state at a body frame 1 by a pivot 5, and this swing arm 4 is supported at a body by a suspension 7. In a motorcycle of such structure, the swing arm 4 is provided with a detecting part 14 at its concentric outer peripheral part around the pivot 5, and a body side fixed member is provided with an electromagnetic displacement sensor for detecting the displacement of the detecting part 14 in the non-contact state. |
