This tool comprises - a guide tube (8) provided at its distal end with a cuttable bulb (4) for housing the endoprosthesis (1A) in the contracted state; and - means (18, 17) for cutting the bulb into several petals. Application to treatment of aneurisms and to endoluminal dilations.
