The circuit card to be tested is intended to be mounted on a horizontal plate which is movable in the vertical direction and is arranged above a fixed, also horizontal, mechanism plate (3); the descent of the movable plate (2)/card assembly takes place, in a known way, under the effect of a pressure reduction; in accordance with the invention, in the movable plate (2) there is provided a set of intermediate contactors (8), the upper end (800) of which come into contact with the test region while the lower end (81) comes into contact with the stem (60) of the telescopic contact point carried by the fixed mechanism plate (3) and which is linked to a standard connection plug intended to be connected to the tester appliance. <IMAGE>
