Container transport system for handling bulk loads - uses cable to pull tilt and empty wheeled truck on transport vehicle

The container transport system uses a wheeled truck (6). A bulk load is drawn onto a transport vehicle by a cable (8) which passes over a series of guide wheels (9,10,11). Each container truck is provided at the rear end with a tilting joint (16/19) which is engaged as the truck is pulled onto the transport vehicle, the load is discharged from the truck through the combined action of tilting and hoisting. USE/ADVANTAGE - Container transport system having a simple pulley mechanism for the loading, lifting and emptying stages.
