A foot prosthesis consists of a front foot part (80) which includes a toe section (82), a curved ankle section (94) and a fixing section (92) which is immediately above the ankle section (94) and extends vertically upwards. A heel part (84) is attached to the front part of the foot by a fixing section (22). The heel part (84) has an end section (28) which extends in the rearward direction and an auxiliary ankle part (28) is fastened to the curved main ankle part (94). The heel part (84) is detachably fastened to the front part of the foot to enable heel parts with different spring characteristics to be fitted.
