This device comprises a demodulator (3) for demodulating signal transferred from each terminal through a filter, a modulator for loading carrier with transferred signal and transferring the signal through the filter from a computer of headend to each terminal, a level detector (5) for detecting level of input signal of the demodulator (3), and a micom (6) for storing detected data of level detector (5) and providing data to discriminate communication error by the computer of headend.
