The bearing (5) comprises a roller element (8) operating in a cage between the sleeve surface (9) of the crank pin (3) and an outer bearing race (10). This rolls according to the direction of linear motion on one of the guide surfaces (6,7) and is load bearing. The divided bearing race is not parallel to the longitudinal axis in the circumferential direction. The actual ring parts (12) of the race are held together around the outer surface by bridges (20,21). ADVANTAGE - Reduced friction losses between crank pin and bearing, and between bearing the crank guide.
