The compsn. consisting of flezelastin or one of its physiologically acceptable salts, propellant gases and a suspension stabiliser contains polyoxyethylene (25)-glyceryl trioleate (Tagat (RTM)TO), polyoxyethylene (30)-glyceryl monooleate (Tagat O), polyoxyethylene (20)-glyceryl monooleate (Tagat O2), oleic acid, Pluronic (RTM) F68, 4-10C perfluorinated carboxylic acids or salts, synperonic types, phosphonic acid esters of perfluorinated sulphonamido alcohols, mono-acetylated or diacetylated monoglycerides and/or phospholipids as the suspension stabilisers. Pref. the amt. of suspension stabiliser is 0.01-5 (esp. 0.2-2.5, esp. pref.0.75-1.5) wt.%. The mixt. can also contain ethanol. The propellant is TG227 and/or TG134a.
