The tele-controller includes a Micom (10) connected to a temperature sensor (17) consisting of a resistance R1 and a thermistor Rth and sensing the room temperature to input it to the micom. Firstly, Micom (10) checks secret-numbers given by user's external telephone to see whether correct or not. A temperature sensor detects room temperature. Temperature data is saved in 1st memory device (A RAM) ans 2nd memory device (B RAM). Voice data output outputs the data "1011" to address (PS0-PS3) through a transducer (104).
