The test bed has a carrier consisting of a housing with movable closing doors, releasable fixing devices for the engine, a pipe which receives and deflects the jet stream and air inlets in the housing walls. The primary and secondary air required for a test run are delivered via separate paths. The jet receiving pipe is in the form of an ejector (10). Housing openings (11) with sound baffles (12) for the secondary air sucked through the ejector are arranged near the ejector. Openings (8) with sound baffles (7) are arranged before the engine suction nozzle for carrying the primary air. ADVANTAGE - Noise emissions and air flow speeds in housing during testing are reduced.
