A measuring combination is formed by linking a current sensor (12) with non-magnetic toroidal core (16) and a power supply transformer (14) with magnetic circuit (20) arranged around the toroidal core (16). The first secondary winding (18) of the current sensor (12) is situated closer to the primary conductor (15) than the second secondary winding (22) of the power supply transformer (14).
