PURPOSE:To reduce unnecessary power consumption and to prolong the service life of a battery by driving a data carrier at a slow clock except working time. CONSTITUTION:The main control part 19 of the data carrier 15 in a data carrier system consisting of a controller 1, an antenna unit 2 and the data carrier 5, controls the carrier 15 so as to operate normally at the slow clock to be in a signal wave queuing state, and at the arrival of a radio wave from the unit 2, switches the clock to the fast speed. |
