OBSERVER FOLLOW-UP TYPE DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide the observer follow-up type display device which enable a stereoscopic image to be viewed in the view direction of an observer without limiting the position of the observer who views the stereoscopic image. CONSTITUTION:A screen 8 for stereoscopic display is constituted by sticking two lenticular lenses 81 and 82 which have different focal lengths, and projectors 91R-94R for right-eye images and projectors 91L-94L for left-eye images are used as couples of projectors 91-94 for stereoscopy; and N stereoscopic projectors are prepared for N observers and made to correspond to the N observers one to one. When the corresponding stereoscopic projectors are moved to and away from the screen for stereoscopic display corresponding to the observation positions of the respective N observers to project the images, display bodies in the projection images are made almost not to vary in size on the screen for stereoscopic display.
