PURPOSE:To eliminate an off-order at the time of changing over a switch by operating a thyristor or a GTO circuit in accordance with an on-signal or an off-signal coming from a CONT part and compulsorily cutting the thyristor. CONSTITUTION:GTO circuits for gate compulsory cut 3 are provided between the P-gates and the cathodes of the thyristors 4 in all thyristor switch circuits. An SD signal by software control is inputted to the CONT part 1, and on/off control signals which are set so that they become opposite are transmitted to constant current circuits 2 and 3 in parallel. When the on-signal arrives from the CONT part 1, the thyristor 4 is started. When the off-signal arrives, the circuit 3 is operated. Then, a system is set to a short state between the P-gate and the cathode of the thyristor 4. Then, the thyristor 4 is compulsorily cut and the circuit 3 is inserted between an anode and an N-gate so as to prevent the increase of power consumption. Furthermore, the off-order at the time of changing over the switch on online software can be eliminated, and a burden on software can be reduced. |
