PURPOSE:To reduce empty parking spaces and to efficiently park monthly contracted vehicles and time-lending vehicles. CONSTITUTION:When an entering vehicle sensor 10 detects an entering vehicle, an entering vehicle detecting unit 8 reads out an ID card and judges whether the vehicle is a contracted one or not. The unit 8 retrieves an empty parking space, and in the case of a contracted vehicle, opens a entrance gate 6 by an entrance gate switch 5. In the case of a non-contracted vehicle, a parking card is issued from a card issuing machine 7 and then the gate 6 is opened. A central management unit 23 outputs instructions to a vehicle guiding unit 22 and a CATVCPU 47 and guides the entering vehicle to an empty parking space 18 by means of a guide lamp 46 and a CRT 21.
