PURPOSE:To delete image data at a proper point of time while lightening the burden on an operator. CONSTITUTION:If such an accident that the registration of one account should be deleted, occurs, the operator inputs the account number through a terminal 14A and sets the account where the accident occurs. Then, an image controller 12A sets the data at the point of time as a dealing stop day and registers the account number where the accident occurs and the dealing stop day in a control data file 20. When a sufficient period is elapsed after the transaction stop day, the operator specifies the dealing stop day regarding the account that the operator desires to delete through the terminal 14A, the image controller 12A searches the control data file 20 for all account numbers whose transaction stop days match the specified date and deletes the image data of the account numbers currently searched for in the image data file at a time. |
