PURPOSE:To adjust freely a position of a screen by converting a setting signal set at a control section based on a pulse width of a horizontal drive pulse signal into an analog signal to control the pulse width of the horizontal drive pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:An object count is extracted from an EEPROM with respect to a 1st monostable multivibrator M/M1 based on measured data and a half of a measured synchronizing signal period is set to a 2nd M/M2. A digital control signal whose period is close to an object pulse width but slightly shorter is set respectively to 1st and 2nd D/A converters 13, 14. Then 1st and 2nd counters 11, 12 with a latch measure respectively the pulse width of the signals outputted respectively from the M/M 1, 2 and the resulting data are fed to a CPU, in which the data are compared with object data. When they are dissident, the control signal given to the relevant D/A converters 13, 14 is controlled one by one bit each to obtain the matched object pulse width. |
