PURPOSE:To simply set a lead part of a lead terminal formed on a capacitance substrate and a ground terminal on the same plane by providing a cut piece for abutting on the upper side end face of the capacitance substrate on the upper case, and pressing the cut piece. CONSTITUTION:In a part of the upper case 4 corresponding to the upper part of a capacitance substrate 2, cut pieces 42a, 42b are formed in a state recessed from the upper face. The cut pieces 42a, 42b abut on the upper side end face Y of the substrate 2, and press the substrate 2 downward. As a result, in an assembly process, lead parts 24a, 25b of input/output lead terminals 24, 25 extended out of the substrate 2, and a group terminal 32 can be corrected simply to the same plane, and after the assembly process, a correction process of the terminal becomes unnecessary, and high reliability is obtained. |
