PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a crosstalk noise, interference noise and the like by connecting a plurality of circuit elements to a flexible printed board (FB) which achieves a high-speed signal transmission. CONSTITUTION:An FB 3 is mounted on a board 1, and the pins 7 of each circuit element 5a-5c are pressed into a through-hole (SH) 15 to mount each circuit element 5a-5c on the substrate 1. That is, a metallic film 17 having a slit 19 is provided in the SH 15, the pins 7 of the circuit element 5c are pressed into the FB 3 through the slit 19, and the pins 7 projecting from the FB 3 are soldered onto the board 1. Accordingly, a high-speed signal transmission is achieved by the speed-up of the circuit elements 5a-5c. Further, the use of a low induction material for the FB 3 allows propagation delay time to be shortened. Moreover, the FB 3 is insulated or isolated from the board 1, and thus the noise interference among the circuit elements 5a-5c can be reduced.
