PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of electronic devices by a method wherein the output of a solar cell is intercepted when the output voltage of the storage battery is detected that it is not normal under a condition that the electronic devices equipped on the vehicle are driven by the storage battery and the solar cell. CONSTITUTION:A constant voltage VDD, obtained from a storage battery 5, is inputted into a CPU 13. On the other hand, the output voltage VSC of a solar cell 6 is put ON by an output port 154 and is inputted into the CPU 13. Electronic devices such as ventilating fans 3, 4, for example, which are loaded on a vehicle, are driven by the outputs of the storage battery 5 and the solar cell 6 by the command of the CPU 13. The storage battery 5 is charged by the CPU of the solar cell by the command of the CPU 13. The reset circuit of the CPU 13 is provided with monitoring function and when the constant voltage has become abnormal, a transistor TrQ2 is turned off and the operation of an oscillator 155 is stopped whereby the output port 154 stops the outputting operation thereof, transistors Q10, Q1 are turned off and the output of the solar cell 6 is intercepted. According to this method, the breakage of the CPU 13 or electronic devices can be prevented. |
