<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the winding irregularity, the slack or the tension fluctuation of a tape at the time of winding the tape around a reel on a winding side, and moreover, to make the speed of tape traveling almost constant. CONSTITUTION:A servo control is applied to a driving motor 22 of the reel on a winding side 14 so as to rotate at a disired speed by a first control system 40 composed of a speed control part 40 and a FG 42. Then, superimposing the first servo control, servo control for making the traveling speed of the tape 10 constant by a second control system composed of reel pulse generators 16 and 18 and a micro-computer 30 is slowly executed with a larger time constant. Consequently, control to make the speed of the tape is scarified a little, but the winding irregularity of the tape or the like is reduced by the effect of suppressing disturbance.</p> |
