<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently suppress a minus drop at the time of switching a set voltage, while realizing cost-down and miniaturization, and to efficiently execute an inspection of a low battery detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:As for a regulated power supply, one piece is used. Between the regulated power supply 12 and a variable voltage output terminal 14, a variable type 3-terminal regulator IC 13 is inserted. Between an adjustment terminal Adj of the variable type 3-terminal regulator IC 13 and a ground line 15, a resistance circuit 19 is inserted, and a switch circuit 20 having short circuit switches S1, S2 and S3 for switching discontinuously and stepwise a combined resistance value in its resistance circuit 19 is provided.</p> |
