PURPOSE:To easily and accurately align the microscope without moving eyes over an observation and perform a cornea operation in safe by providing a cornea reflection image position detecting means, a detection result display means, and a light guiding optical system which guides the luminous flux of the display means to an observation optical system. CONSTITUTION:The luminous flux from a light source 1 is projected on the cornea of an eye 7 to be inspected through a mirror 5 and a dichroic mirror 6. The projected luminous flux forms a virtual image A by the mirror surface reflection of the cornea. The luminous flux from the virtual image A which is reflected by a beam splitter 8 is imaged on a two-dimensional CCD 10, which detects the position of the cornea reflection image A. Detected alignment position information is displayed on a display device. A beam splitter 16 is provided on the optical axis of observation optical systems 11-15. The beam splitter 16 makes the luminous flux from the display device coaxial with the optical axis of the observation optical systems. Consequently, the display device can be seen with an observation eye 15 through an ocular 14. |
