PURPOSE:To obtain a base plate for KAMABOKO (boiled fish paste) effective in preventing the formation of bubbles in the KAMABOKO contacting with said base plate, by treating at least one surface of a KAMABOKO plate with a silicone resin or a material containing said resin. CONSTITUTION:One or more surfaces of a KAMABOKO plate, preferably at least the top surface contacting with KAMABOKO and the back surface of the KAMABOKO plate are treated with a silicone resin or a material containing said resin by coating, spraying or immersion and the treated surfaces are dried. |
