PURPOSE:To facilitate positioning and leveling at the time of mounting light- emitting diodes and at the same time, to make it possible to take steps against static electricity, by providing a level-position determining section for determining the height of the end of the light-emitting diode held by a holding portion. CONSTITUTION:When a plurality of diodes (i.e., four diodes) are mounted on an LED holder 8, their positions are determined by holding light emitting diodes with individual holding sections 91 to 94 of the LED holder 8, and level positions are determined at individual holding sections 121 to 124. External terminals of the light-emitting diodes are inserted into holes for mounting parts provided in a printed board. The holder 8 in which those light-emitting diodes are held at the fixing sections 13, 14, and 17. Finally, external terminals of the light- emitting diodes are soldered. As the LED holder 8 is composed of conductive materials, and incorporates a case contact section 44, static electricity can be introduced in the case from the outside. |
