PURPOSE:To provide an inverter circuit capable of obtaining a good electric characteristic while keeping a required area, operating time, and power consumption minimum. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is provided with a load transistor 1 whose source is connected an inverted output signal terminal 10 and drain is connected to a power terminal 5 and gate is connected to an input signal impression terminal 7 respectively, a driving transistor 2 whose source is connected to a reference potential terminal 6, drain to the inverted output signal terminal 10, and gate to the input signal impression terminal 7 and an output signal terminal 9 respectively, the load transistor 3 whose source is connected to the output signal terminal 9, drain to the power terminal 5 and gate to the input signal impression terminal 7, and the driving transistor 4 whose source is connected to the reference potential terminal 6, drain to the output signal terminal 9, and gate to the input signal impression terminal 8 and the inverted output signal terminal 10. |
