PURPOSE:To improve dispersibility and to eliminate the fogging of a picture and the contamination of machines by suspension-polymerizing a mixture consisting of an addition-polymerizable monomer, a high molecular substance having an oxazoline(OXZ) ring in the molecule and a colorant in the presence of a polymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:A polyester A having an OXZ ring in the molecule, a polyurethane B having an OXZ ring in the molecule and a styrenic copolymerizable resin C having an OXZ ring in the molecule are exemplifed as the high molecular substance having an OXZ ring in the molecule. The polyester A is synthesized by thermally polymerizing a polybasic acid (a), a polyhydric alcohol (b) and an oxazoline compd. (c) having a hydroxyl group in the molecule having a structure shown by the formula or by heating the lower ester of a polybasic carboxylic acid, the polyhydric alcohol (b) and the oxazoline compd. (c) to cause transesterification. In the formula, R1 is alkylene or arylene groups, R2 is alkylene groups, and R3, R4 and R5 are hydrogen or alkyl groups. |
