The drink supply valves are connected with syrup lines and either a diluting water line or a carbonated water line. Syrups are mixed with diluting water or carbonated water in the outlet sides of the valves before they are released from the outlets. The diluting water line and the carbonated water line are connected with a city water line. In the outlet sides of the passages for the diluting water or carbonated water are arranged a pair or pairs of electrodes for transforming chlorine ions contained in the diluting water or the carbonated water into chlorine for sterilization.
