PURPOSE:To access plural kinds of dealing information by using one dealing medium. CONSTITUTION:The dealing medium 5A such as one card corresponding to plural kinds of dealing information is formed and the device and system are equipped with a dealing medium processing means 5 which processes the dealing medium 5A and an operation means 3, which is equipped with an input means which enable access to the respective pieces of dealing information after the dealing medium 5A is inserted. The access to the respective pieces of dealing information which are provided by the purposes of dealings is therefore made possible by using one or the least number of dealing media. Further, transfer dealings between plural pieces of dealing information are facilitated.
