<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the physical distribution cost by answering a route and a read time to an inquiry about transportation/distribution from order reception registration and necessary physical distribution schedule, which are performed in physical distributing service, according to reference information. CONSTITUTION:When a transportation/distribution route, etc., is determined in the transportation distribution service of physical distribution, the reference information is set in a file in a step 1 and a transportation/distribution instruction is inputted from another system in an input step 2; and route information in the file is retrieved in a step 3 according to the information received from the system and its answer is received. Transportation/distribution information in the file is retrieved in a step 4 and its answer is received; and read time information in the file is retrieved in a step 5 and its answer is received. In a step 6, the answers which are received so far are outputted to the system.</p> |
