PURPOSE:To provide an output buffer device capable of reducing overshoot and undershoot without slowing down the output speed of an output signal. CONSTITUTION:A P-channel transistor 1 and a first output impedance increase circuit A to increase output impedance in accordance with the rise of the voltage N3 of an output node N3 are connected in parallel between the output node N3 and a power terminal Vcc, and simultaneously, an N-channel transistor 2 and a second output impedance increase circuit B to increase the output impedance in accordance with the fall of the voltage VN3 of the output node N3 are connected in parallel between the output node N3 and a ground terminal GND. |
