PURPOSE:To provide a biological electrical capacity sensor using a detection electrode with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:TiO2 oxide film 4 is formed on the surface of a titanium substrate 2, at the same time TiO2 oxide film 4 faces a hole of a plastic container 8, and an organic compound 12 which achieves biological specifical connection to analyte is fixed onto TiO2 oxide film 4. An electrical circuit which responds to change in electrical capacity is connected to the rear surface of the titanium substrate 2 through a gold deposition film 6, thus detecting presence of analyte with a high macromolecular amount according to change in electrical capacity. |
