<p>PURPOSE:To suppress increase of whole circuit scale and to simplify switching operation in spite of increasing bit numbers of trimming data by decreasing circuit elements of each bit storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:Or gates OGj (j=1-n) are used for switching an output of PROM elements MCj and an output of a latch circuit Lj. The latch circuit Lj has the reset function. A PROM element MC0 which writes '1' by writing signal Vpp and generates a reset signal R of an active level is provided. The latch circuit Lj is reset by the reset signal R.</p> |
