PURPOSE:To obtain a solid lubricant for reducing the friction of the pantagraph slider and aerial line of an electric car, which is white and can exhibit excellent performance. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 0.5-10wt.% fine boron nitride powder, 30-65wt.% natural wax or petroleum wax, and the balance consisting of a resin binder is uniformly kneaded while heating, press molded, and cooled to solidify, giving a solid lubricant which can exhibit an effect of reducing the friction of a slider and an aerial line by utilizing the stability of lubricating performance of the fine boron nitride powder up to 950 deg.C. |
