VEHICLE FORWARD VISUAL CONFIRMATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To confirm the position of a vehicle in a front view and to inform pedestrians and cars on the opposite lane of the vehicle's presence by providing in the vehicle one or more beam projection devices for irradiating a visual spot marker to a forward position at a specified distance or a distant road surface position. CONSTITUTION:A beam projection device 3 is installed in the upper center of the front bumper of a vehicle 1. The beam projection device 3 irradiates light beam 4 to the front of the vehicle 1 to display a visual spot marker 5 in a position at a preset distance which can be viewed from a driver's seat in the vehicle 1. This constitution allows pedestrians to see the spot marker 5 moving to immediately notice a vehicle approaching to a pedestrian crossing even if they do not look toward the direction of the vehicle 1. A person riding on a bicycle or driving a car along the road can also notice the vehicle approaching when the spot marker 5 passes by him or her.
