PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a positioning pin by inserting the stem part of a metallic introducing member into the through-hole of a ceramic type positioning member having specific surface roughness and screwing the metallic introducing member and a metallic fixing member by means of a threaded part. CONSTITUTION:The positioning member 2 is positioned atop the metallic fixing member 1. The positioning member 2 is of the ceramic type having <=1mum surface roughness. The stem part 4 of the metallic introducing member 3 is inserted into the through-hole of the positioning member 2 and the introducing member 3 and the fixing member 1 are screwed and fixed by the threaded part 5. The positioning member 2 with which a steel plate comes into contact is the ceramics having good wear resistance and do not wear. Since the respective parts are made of the metal, the pin sufficiently withstands the mechanical impact at the time of loading and removing of the steel plate. Longer life is thus obtd. |
